"After a policy from a different agency went up $120 a month, I call Ross Webb's State Farm agency and worked with Cassidy. Oh, my goodness! What a pleasant experience! She was friendly and personable while being professional and thorough. By the end of the day, I had a home insurance policy that gave me MORE coverage than my original.policy without raising my costs, and I had a car insurance policy that decreased my costs by more than $50 a month!
