"Allstate is a JOKE!!
Been paying for insurance for YEARS!!! and while I was asleep my neighbor Totaled my car shes at fault for destroying a parked vehicle!!!
Yet Allstate is giving me the BIGGEST RUN AROUND POSSIBLE!?
While I'm missing out on work and everything for a Accident that I had no involvement in!?!?
I've called them 8 times alone just TODAY?!?! DO NOT CHOOSE ALLSTATE PLEASE 🥺 THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!"

"After a policy from a different agency went up $120 a month, I call Ross Webb's State Farm agency and worked with Cassidy. Oh, my goodness! What a pleasant experience! She was friendly and personable while being professional and thorough. By the end of the day, I had a home insurance policy that gave me MORE coverage than my original.policy without raising my costs, and I had a car insurance policy that decreased my costs by more than $50 a month! Wow! Looking forward to dealing with a local company who will know my name!"
