"I had insurance on a house I was renovating, and after selling it, I was supposed to receive a rebate from State Farm. I realized I never received the check and called to follow up. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and said they would look into it and call me back. A few hours later, Shannon called and explained that the check had been issued back in September but was never cashed. She immediately offered to cancel the old check and reissue a new one so I could receive my rebate. I really appreciated how quickly and kindly the situation was handled. Shannon went above and beyond to make things right and followed through exactly as promised. Thank you, State Farm, for the great service and professionalism!"

She was friendly and personable while being professional and thorough.
